Day 3

This last picture is of the VIAHMO (Vision for Haiti and the World) Executive Committee. They are all pastors in the Port-au-Prince area. Some of them moved back to Haiti after the Lord put it on their heart and gave them a vision to see Haiti changed by revival. We met with them and gave them about 75 French New Testaments and  we will bring about 100 tomorrow and a French Bible for each of the leaders. This would be a possible missions connection. I have a book that is written by Rev. Maxo Joseph (The visionary)....I have to learn French before I can read it though, or else get help. We also had the opportunity to minister to the family of our driver (Jean Marc) as we visited his house today....we had to change cars 3 times today because of car trouble. And, we brought a Bible to one of Pudens' friends that he led to Christ about 4 years ago. It was a great time of fellowship.
We will preach as I shared last time tomorrow about 11:00am. The prayer service actually starts at 7:00am. It is a prayer and fasting service. They pray and sing until 11, then we preach and they end around noon. Not quite like we do it in the states! Pray for us that God's Word be delivered powerfully and unhindered.

more to come...
